How to improve the conductivity and insulation of indoor extension cords?

To improve the conductivity and insulation of indoor extension cords, you can take the following measures:
Choose high-quality conductive materials: Choose high-quality conductive materials as the conductor part of the extension cord, such as copper wire or aluminum wire. These materials have good electrical and thermal conductivity and can effectively reduce current loss and wire heating.
Strengthen insulation layer protection: Add an insulation layer of sufficient thickness and good quality to the outer layer of the wire, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, to enhance the insulation performance of the wire. The insulation layer should have good wear resistance, high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance to protect the wires from the external environment.
Use insulation materials to fill gaps: Fill the gaps or cavities inside the extension cord with insulation materials, such as silicone, polyurethane foam, etc., to increase the thickness and uniformity of the insulation layer and improve insulation performance. This can effectively reduce the possibility of partial discharge in the line and damage to the insulation layer.
Improve the quality of insulation materials: Choose high-quality insulation materials to ensure they have good aging resistance and wear resistance to extend the service life and insulation performance of the extension cord.
Strengthen the connection of the insulation layer: Strengthen the connection of the insulation layer at the connection parts such as the extension cord's wires and plugs and sockets to ensure the tight connection between the insulation layer and the wires and avoid damage or loosening of the insulation layer, which will affect the insulation performance.
